To behave in an ethical manner towards others. if a doubt arises as to the ethical nature of my position then to give the other party the benefit of doubt.

To regard friendship as an end and not as a means. To recognise that true friendship gives or accepts any favour between one and another without demanding anything in return.

To be loyal to my nation and community, to give freely of my time, my labour and my means.

To help others, especially those less fortunate than myself.

To be careful with my criticism and liberal with my praise, to help motivate and not undermine.
